On Thursday, April 30 at 7 p.m., join us for a healing and relaxing meditation session with Tina Gryzboski! As an energy therapy practitioner and owner of Reiki Vibes Energy Therapy, Tina is an extremely intuitive empath, offering her gifts via the practice of Reiki.

About Tina:
Tina has been studying the healing arts since 2018. She received her certifications through Women of Wisdom in Easton, MA, graduating from the Advanced Holistic Professionals program in June of 2020. She has attained the master teacher level in Usui, Shamballa MDH, Holy Fire® III World Peace, and Karuna® Reiki. She also obtained an Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) advanced level certification. In 2021, she started her journey in the Earth Medicine program. With each year that passes she learns different aspects of Indigenous American spiritual teachings, energy medicine, and acquired a certificate as an Akisni Oyateki healing practioner. In 2023, she expanded her skill set to include hypnotherapy and became certified with the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT).&nbsp;
Before taking on the role of energy practitioner, Tina worked in the healthcare field for 20+ years, first as a Certified Nurses Assistant caring for the elderly, sick, and disabled, then working as a dental professional. At a young age she always knew she wanted to help people.

Please join the Milford Historical Commission and the Friends of the Milford Town Library at a special reading and signing with Paula Bruggeman and Karen Gulledge on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 2:00p.m. at Memorial Hall!&nbsp;
John Villani, and his best friend from high school, Lou Gentile—two eighteen-year-old boys from Milford were inducted together into the US Army as privates in 1944 and engaged in ground combat as infantry riflemen in the European theater of operations in World War II. John wrote a memoir at the age of 74 recollecting their military service with the US 100th Infantry Division as it successfully prevailed in key final battle engagements in France and Germany. John and Lou witnessed the day of Allied victory over the German Third Reich in May 1945.&nbsp;John's daughters, Paula and Karen,&nbsp;posthumously published this memoir,&nbsp;Citizen Soldier: A Story of War, Friendship and Remembrance&nbsp;in 2025, marking the 80th anniversary of the Allied victory.
Copies of Citizen Soldier: A Story of War, Friendship and Remembrance will be available for purchase at the event.&nbsp; Copies may also be purchased online at&nbsp;Politics and Prose,&nbsp;an independent bookstore in Washington, D.C. Join the Greater Milford Community Chorus for a patriotic performance of songs celebrating the American spirit, led by Music Director Mark Schiappucci. Highlights: Works by iconic American composers including Leonard Bernstein, Aaron Copland, Arlo Guthrie, Carly Simon, Paul Simon, Philip Phillips – to name a few!Greater Milford Community Chorus is set to host a landmark musical event, "America 250: Songs Celebrating the American Spirit," to celebrate the upcoming semiquincentennial of the United States. The performance will feature a sweeping repertoire of American choral works, ranging from founding-era hymns to contemporary arrangements that reflect the diverse cultural fabric of the nation. 
The GMCC is 50-voice non-profit choral group based in Milford, Massachusetts, under the direction of Mark Schiappucci and is accompanied by the instrumental trio of Wayne Ward (piano), Robert Orr (bass), and Renato Malavasi (percussion). The program is approximately 90-minutes long, with a 20 minute intermission, and features approximately 20 songs, including solos performed by members, and pianist Wayne Ward.Tickets are available for $12 at the door, with free admission offered to children under 10, veterans, and active-duty military members.A Milford Community School Use Program, the Greater Milford Community Chorus is sponsored in part by the Hopedale, Medway and Milford Cultural Councils.

On Saturday, May 9 at 2 p.m., join Landscape Horticulturist Warren Leach, owner of Tranquil Lake Nursery in Rehoboth, Massachusetts, for a visual tour of enticing entry gardens using before and after scenarios. He will focus on walkway design and construction techniques, solving problems of scale and grade as well as showcasing a rich planting palette that offers year-round beauty with an eye to low maintenance. Your entry garden will be a pleasure for you to enjoy as well as a warm welcome to guests.

On Thursday, May 28 at 7 p.m., the Friends of the Milford Town Library welcome professional medium Jodi St. Onge for a special event!&nbsp;As a healer, mentor and medium, it’s always been Jodi’s goal to promote and provide healing. Jodi is an evidential and trance medium, who uses her gifts to connect with the Spirit World. In this session, she will bring&nbsp;through shared memories, evidence of the life lived, the life shared, and the life that continues.
As an evidential medium, Jodi strives to be a bridge to the Spirit World in the highest and best way she can. During this session, Jodi hopes to provide an opportunity for you to not only connect with your loved ones in the Spirit World, but to provide space for you to heal the heart, lifting&nbsp;grief and sadness. These moments&nbsp;assist us in the long term, restoring our faith and love.

Knock on Wood is a high-energy acoustic folk-rock duo, featuring singer-songwriter Howie Newman on guitar, lead vocals and harmonica. Howie is joined by Joe Kessler, Dave Talmage or Josh Berlin, three of the top fiddlers in the area. They also sing backup vocals. Joe and Dave play the mandolin.
The duo performs classic rock covers&nbsp;and funny original songs. It's a very lively show with great musicianship, nice vocal harmonies and a little humor here and there.
