Children's Magic Show

This free magic show, featuring Peter Vuono, is funded through a donation from Charles River Bank and is being held "to pay tribute to and honor the sacrifices military families make on a daily basis," according to Milford resident Michael Shain, founder and chairperson of Thanks to Yanks. Doors open at 12:45pm.

A Milford-based non-political organization, Thanks to Yanks' goal is "to remember the events and heroes of 9/11/2001 while also respecting the sacrifices that our military and their families deal with on a daily basis," according to Mr. Shain.

Children and their families (military and non-military) are invited to attend this event. Seats are limited and reservations are required. To reserve, email mshain@charlesriverbank.com with the number of tickets requested.

It is encouraged that attendees bring an item to be sent overseas to troops.  A list of needed items can be found at www.operationamericansoldier.com.

“We must always respect, remember and revere our military families,” Mr. Shain said in a written statement.
