Led by a certified Yoga, Kundalini Yoga is a "combination of stretching, exercise, chanting, breathwork, meditation and relaxation, which works the entire mind/body system. The exercises tune up the physical body; the breath balances the emotions; and sound work breaks negative thought patterns.
