Join the Milford Volleyball team in its fight against ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) by attending this doubleheader.
The games will be dedicated to Paul "Wally" Seaver and played in his honor. Mr. Seaver, chairman of the Milford Youth Commission and a town leader in youth sports for many years, was recently diagnosed with ALS. His son, Dan, is a member of the varsity volleyball team.
The gate fee covers both games and all proceeds will go to the Compassionate Care ALS foundation. Jars will also be passed around for additional donations.
According to a written statement, the ALS association's official color is red. Attendees are encouraged to wear red to show support.
