Registration for the Milford Rotary clubs annual RED CROSS swim program will be held on Saturday, July 9, from 9AM to 12 Noon at the Fino Field pool. The fee for the lessons will be $25.00 per child and/or $60.00 per family. All students must be registered for Kindergarten, as of September 2011, or older. Participants can choose a 9:30 or 10:30 class. Swim classes will begin on Monday July 11th and run through Friday July 22nd, at the Fino Field Municipal Pool. No Saturday or Sunday classes. Checks should be made out to the Milford Rotary. Please visit the “upcoming events box” at www.milfordmarotary.org to print out a registration form to save you time at sign-up. Thomas Sawyer Sr., Program Chairman noted, “that the swim program is one of the most successful programs run and subsidized by the Milford Rotary Club”. He said “more than 12,200 kids have participated in the program since it began over 50 years ago and we hope a lot more take advantage of the low rates for this very important program by signing up on Saturday July 9thth ”.
