Former Milford Man Found Guilty of Stalking Police Chief and Deputy Chief

Dominick Cristino, 50, was found guilty by a jury in Worcester Superior Court of two counts of criminal stalking.

A former Milford man has been found guilty of stalking two police officials.

Dominick Cristino, 50, was found guilty of two counts of criminal stalking in a three-day jury trial in Worcester Superior Court, according to the Milford Police Department. The verdict comes as a result of his actions against Chief Tom O’Loughlin and Deputy Police Chief Jim Heron.

Arraigned earlier this year, charges were brought against Cristino after he posted multiple videos to his Facebook page, including one of him circling the parking lot where O’Laughlin’s car sat, according to the Milford Daily News.

During his arraignment, he said through his attorney that he wanted to move out of Milford to Maine and “wash his hands of the town.”

Cristino is scheduled for sentencing in the Worcester Superior Court on Nov. 30.
