MILFORD, MA — Mosquito control crews are scheduled to be in Milford on several dates in August to respond to resident concerns.
The Central Massachusetts Mosquito Control Project told the Milford Board of Health that personnel may be in town on Aug. 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 to respond to mosquito-related service requests.
The dates are tentative and may change due to weather, mosquito populations, mosquito virus activity, or special-event spraying, according to the notice. The program will shut down when cool nighttime temperatures become predominant in the area.
