1:16 a.m.: 29 year old female states she believes people are trying to kill her, Exchange Street

5:53 a.m.: Caller reports a hurt deer in the road. ACO was notified. 303 Central St.

6:34 a.m.: Caller reports his vehicle was struck sometime overnight. He will be standing by the vehicle, red Honda. 1 Alfred Road.

10 a.m.: Employee reporting they located a needle, near a dump truck. Vernon Grove Cemetery

10:23 a.m.: Caller reporting he is sitting in the Rosenfeld Park parking lot and can see smoke in the area. He believes it is coming from behind Benjamin Moore.

12:04 p.m.: Caller reports a possible structure fire, siding melting on the house. 6 Asylum St.

1:04 p.m.: Caller states that he was just involved in an MVA, a female got out of the vehicle and started to yell at the caller and pushed him. The caller states that the female appeared intoxicated as well as the male driver. A bolo was put out to all cars. 1 West St. Sorn C. Richardson, 38, Winter Street, Framingham, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage, marked lanes violation, improper turn

1:27 p.m.: Female in the lobby to speak with an officer as someone has used her social security number to take out another cable account.

1:35 p.m.: Caller reports Hispanic male walking on side of the road who seems intoxicated. Luis J. Tacuri, 23, Congress Street, Milford, was placed into protective custody for intoxication
