Peter Rizoli retires from the Milford Police Department with this official sendoff from his brothers and sisters.
MILFORD, MA — After 39 years with the department, for his final shift, the Milford Police Department sent Sgt. Peter Rizoli, badge 557, off with a transmission over the department's radio.
"Your leadership and mentoring as our senior patrol supervisor has guided us through the years," said the transmission. "There was a thin blue line between good and evil. Enjoy your retirement, 557, and best of luck with all your future endeavors."
