MA Man Charged After Disturbance At Hospital In Milford

MILFORD, MA — A man from Norfolk is facing charges after a reported disturbance at the hospital in Milford, according to police.

Raymond Hilaire Jr., 26, was charged after hospital staff said a man was yelling vulgarities and throwing items at employees on Wednesday, police said. The Milford Public Safety Communications Center received the call for assistance.

Members of the Milford Police Detective Bureau and Patrol Division found a man matching the caller’s description in the hospital parking lot, according to police.

Police said Hilaire refused officers’ commands and attempted to flee before he was arrested.

Hilaire was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
