Man Gives Money to Woman on Match.com, Snake on a Porch, Vandalized Benches: Milford Police

MILFORD, MA—The following are excerpts from the Milford police log.

Tuesday, Aug. 23

1:10 p.m.: Walk in states she was pulling out of 146 s Main and struck a male on a bicycle. When she stopped and said she would call 911 male said no police and rode away. States male never fell off bike and when witness told hit down he refused and left, Sunoco. Log entry only at this time.

4:46 p.m.: Caller reporting a group of children playing in the playground, there are multiple no trespass signs, Woodland Elementary

7:15 p.m.: Female believes there is a snake on her porch, Hollis Street

7:28 p.m.: Caller reporting one of the benches has been vandalized, Louisa Lake

7:31 p.m.: Caller reporting intoxicated female assaulted a male, stole his phone then drove away in a gray Corrola, North Bow Street

Wednesday, Aug. 24

6:13 a.m.: Caller states that his vehicle was broken into and his wallet and checkbook were stolen, 36 Prospect St.

2 p.m.: Caller states that the driver in the reported vehicle is trying to engage her in a road rage incident, CVS parking lot

4:12 p.m.: Walk in to report he sent money to a woman on Match.com and was defrauded

5:28 p.m.: Caller reports his house was broken into, 481 East Main St.
