Man Steals Cigs, Says, 'Get Any Closer and I'll Shoot': Milford Police

MILFORD, MA — The following are excerpts from the Marlborough police log.
Tuesday, March 1
12:31 a.m.: Caller reports his ex-girlfriend stole money from him, possibly intoxicated, Clark Street

5:50 a.m.: Caller reports a woman passed out in a vehicle on the side of the road in the median. He states she has been there for over 10 minutes, not responding, Medway Road
6:25 a.m.: Party reports harassment to the police department

10:50 a.m.: Caller reporting illegal dumping at Family Orthodontics. Both parties spoken to. Offending parties will head over to location by the end of the day to clean out their items from the dumpster.
12:01 p.m.: Walk in to report harassment from another tenant.
2:13 p.m.: Caller states her ex boyfriend stole items from her, she is at his house now trying to retrieve them, Luby Ave.
2:31 p.m.: Male is possibly intoxicated driving w/ a child in the car, took a right out of the lot of Community Pediatrics. Holliston notified.
3:14 p.m.: Caller states a male party stole cigarettes from their business (Mobil), employee followed suspect out to get a plate and suspect stated, "if you get any closer I will shoot you." Party left in a white truck FL tags heading towards 495. Driver was possibly spanish, said the victim.
3:39 p.m.: Caller reports people living under the high tension wires behind her house, Silva Street
3:46 p.m.: Male party in the station to report an on going domesitc situation with his ex wife, Church Street
10:32 p.m.: Caller reports she put a restraining order on her boyfriend earlier today and he has gone into her phone remotely and deleted all the text messages about hurting her. Would like to speak with an officer.
