Medical Office Across from Milford Regional Medical Center Approved
The planning board approved the request for a special permit this week.

A new proposed three-story medical building on Main Street across from Milford Regional Medical Center has received the approval of the planning board.
This week, the board voted to give 366 Main St. a special permit according to the Milford Daily News. With the approval, Milford Medical Building LLC will construct the 30,000-square-foot building to likely house offices and other staff from Milford Regional.
Some conditions of the permit include the planting of 10- to 12-foot trees, keeping the nighttime lighting as low as legally allowable, bringing a planned dumpster closer to the building, and Nelson Heights cannot be used for construction activity.
