Milford Man Accused Of Showing Sexually Explicit Images At Louisa Lake

MILFORD, MA — A Milford man is facing charges after police said he approached a vehicle at Louisa Lake and displayed sexually explicit images on his cellphone.

Fabian Morocho Chinchi, 39, was charged with distributing obscene matter, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct following the incident on Friday, according to Milford police.

The Milford Public Safety Communications Center received a call shortly before 9 a.m. from a person who reported that a man had approached their vehicle in the Louisa Lake parking lot and displayed sexually explicit photos of women through the driver's side window, police said.

Officers located a man matching the description about six minutes later near the entrance to Clark's Island on the Milford Bike Trail, according to police. He was carrying an open container of alcohol at the time, police said.

Chinchi was arrested following an investigation at the scene, police said.
