Police say a Grove Street man assaulted his roommate before leaving the property.John Moosey, 28, of Milford, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, threatening to commit a crime, assault with a dangerous weapon, and malicious destruction of property over $250 according to the Milford Police Log.At 12:35 p.m. Tuesday, a caller on Grove Street told police that his roommate maced him as well as threatened him with a knife. When police arrived, they learned that the suspect fled. Moosey was located behind Milford Federal Savings and taken into custody.
