Milford Man Guilty In Fatal 2017 Stabbing Of Holliston Man

A fight along Green Street in Milford in 2017 ended in the death of Timothy Commerford.

MILFORD, MA — A Milford man was found guilty Tuesday in the 2017 stabbing death of a Holliston man, according to a report.

Jeremy Robin was arrested in May 2017 after an afternoon fight along Green Street. At the time, Milford police said Robin, armed with a knife, stabbed two men during a confrontation. Timothy Commerford, 21, of Holliston died later at Milford Hospital.

The second victim, Richard Garcia, 54, of Milford, was treated for serious injuries at UMass Memorial in Worcester for the fight.

Robin was later arrested and charged with manslaughter, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious injury and assault with a dangerous weapon (shod foot).

Robin's defense attorney said his client was acting in self-defense, while prosecutors said Robin was the aggressor, according to WHDH.

Robin is set to be sentenced on Friday morning at Worcester Superior Court.
