Milford Man Took Truck, Used Stolen Credit Cards: Police
Police say Amouri Canuto Araujo took credit cards from one vehicle, stole a second, and drove around using the stolen credit cards.

A Milford man arrested by police now faces multiple larceny and theft charges.
Amouri Canuto Araujo, 19, was charged by the Milford Police Department with two counts of breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime for a felony, two counts of possession of stolen property, three counts of credit card fraud, larceny of a motor vehicle, larceny over $250, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He had two outstanding warrants out of Waltham.
Wednesday, Araujo allegedly broke into a vehicle on Pond Street, stealing several credit cards, $175 in cash, and personal belongings from the vehicle. He then broke into a second vehicle at the end of the street, using the keys inside the work truck to drive away, according to Milford police.

The cards were used at several locations between Milford and Canton, with surveillance footage catching Araujo using the cards and driving away in the stolen truck.
When Araujo was arrested at a Milford hotel, police were able to recover the credit cards and stolen vehicle.
