Milford Officials Seeking Bids for MYC Renovations

Milford officials have submitted an invitation to bid for the previously-approved renovations to the Milford Youth Center’s armory building.

Earlier this year, the center’s staff sought to ensure the building, which is more than a century old, could be upgraded; the roof and gym floor, for example, are reportedly both in need of repair.

The renovations were detailed under Article 24 of this year’s Milford Town Meeting warrant, and the proposed renovations to the building were passed at Town Meeting in May.
