Four Charged with Heroin Trafficking in Milford Held on $100,000 Bail Each

On Monday, Milford Police Detectives, along with the DEA Worcester HIDTA Task Force, State Police Detectives assigned to District Attorney Joseph Early’s Office, and Hopedale Police Detectives arrested four individuals for trafficking in a class A substance

The suspects, Timothy Kedski, 31, of Milford; Shawn Lescoe, 35, of Blackstone; Candice Blackmore, 15, of Milford; and Chris Reiffarth, 23, of Mendon; were taken into custody after an extensive investigation according to police. All four were charged with trafficking heroin.

A subsequent search warrant was executed at Kedski’s mother’s residence where $5,620.00 was impounded, as well as two motor vehicles.

The Milford Daily News reports that interviews with addicts who overdosed and were revived with Narcan helped locate the source of the drugs.

On Oct. 22, police say an addict they observe buy Heroin from Kedski and Blackmore overdosed 20 minutes later, with two more overdosing the next day.

All four are currently being held on $100,000 bail each. The suspects are due in court Thursday for their official arraignment.
