Milford Police Department Announces Promotion

Milford police have promoted a 20-year veteran of the department.
Todd Testa was promoted to the rank of sergeant during a ceremony Monday morning at the police station, according to a post on the Milford Police Department’s Facebook page.

Testa’s wife, Beth, completed the ceremonial pinning and Police Chief Tom O’Loughlin conducted the swearing in.
In addition to his year’s with the police department, Testa is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, according to the post on Facebook.
