Milford Police Warn Funeral-Goers About Recent Break-Ins

Two Milford homes were broken into while the residents were attending funeral services.

MILFORD, MA — Milford police are looking for the person or people responsible for two break-ins in Milford and one in Holliston this week — in all three incidents the owners of the homes were attending funerals. Police said jewelry electronics and personal items were stolen.

Police Chief Thomas O'Loughlin took to Facebook to warn residents who may be attending funerals this week to alert police before they leave, so an officer can monitor their home. Between Monday and Wednesday the two break-ins occurred in Milford.

Police said they do not believe the two incidents were related, the homeowners were at two separate funerals.
