Milford Regional Medical Center Ranked Among Best Hospitals in Worcester Area

Milford Regional Medical Center has been listed as one of the best hospitals in the Worcester Metropolitan area by U.S. News and World Report, the hospital announced Wednesday.

The hospital was ranked 15 out of 116 hospitals across the state and named one of four top-ranked hospitals out of 30 in central and western Massachusetts, according to Milford Regional and the report.

The hospital was also listed as “high performing” in the areas of geriatrics and pulmonology, and a patient satisfaction rating system showed that 80 percent of patients would recommend the hospital to friends and family, according to U.S. News and World Report.
