Milford Under a Thanksgiving Week Winter Storm Watch

If you’re traveling on Wednesday for Thanksgiving, you may want to find a way to leave as early as possible.

A winter storm watch has been issued for Milford beginning at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26.

The National Weather Service is predicting 6 to 10 inches of snow for parts of western and central Massachusetts, including Milford. The storm should start as rain Wednesday morning and then switch over to snow for the rest of the day and night. The snow should stop overnight, according to the National Weather Service.

There is a chance of snow showers on Thanksgiving morning, but there isn’t any measurable snow expected on Thursday.
