No Hoses or Sprinklers: Milford Water Up to Stage IV Conservation Level
As of Aug. 1, the water ban is stricter, meeting a greater stage of conservation. A violation could get your water shut off.

MILFORD, MA—To sprinkle, or not to sprinkle. Know when you can, as the conservation level rises to Stage IV in Milford on Aug. 1.
That means that all outside water usage is "strictly forbidden." And what that means is that residents cannot use any irrigation systems, sprinklers or hoses at any time.
Milford Water Company monitors for violators of the conservation stages and issues written warnings for the first violation. A subsequent violation results in the termination of water service.
