Obituaries: Joyce Valente, Gerald Thomson, Matt Bertulli

Joyce A. (Dauphinee) Valente, 78, died Nov. 2. Born in Milford, she was a graduate of St. Mary's High School, Class of 1951. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Raymond, two children and four grandchildren. She was buried in Sacred Heart Cemetery

Gerald J. Thomson, 73, died Nov. 2. Born in Quincy, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he was a longtime resident of Milford and worked as an insurance appraiser. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Rosemary, three children and four grandchildren. He will be buried in the MA National Cemetery in Bourne with military honors.

Matthew Allen Bertulli, 27, died Nov. 3. Born in Framingham, he was a 2003 graduate of Milford High School. He was the son of Milford Police Sgt. Allen Bertulli. He was an anesthesia technician at Milford Regional Medical Center and was attending Mass Bay Community College. He will be buried in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
