Wednesday, March 23

12:23 p.m.: Heroin overdose, Hannaford Market

3:05 p.m.: Resident of Ackerly Street called to stay that her fence has been cut by someone to use as a pass through to Luby Ave. Another resident stated the damage is not on that neighbor's property; the owner of the property that the damage is on is aware of it and it has been that way for six months.

4:36 p.m.: Caller reporting mva next to the hill building at Milford Hospital, hit and run

4:41 p.m.: Officers respond to Pine Street. Nicholas Moe, 26, 14 Maple St., Hopedale, was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice/misleading (lying), possessing Class A drug

4:43 p.m.: Male in the lobby reporting his tools from taken from Midas, East Main Street

7:59 p.m.: Caller reporting someone in a pick up truck shoveling trash into the woods behind Planet Fitness
