Planning Board Approves Kmart Plaza Development
The planning board voted 4-1 to approve a proposed redevelopment of the former Kmart and the plaza.

After months of discussions, the planning board has given their approval to the redevelopment of the former Kmart at the intersection of Medway Road and Beaver Street.
Voting 4-1, RD Management has been given the go-ahead to start work on the plaza according to the Milford Daily News.
The plan calls for the building to be split into three spaces and a 20,000-square-foot space to be constructed near the Mobil gas station.

As for who will occupy the building? RD Management has said there is interest from major companies but has chosen to keep the names of the entities unknown.
