Police Log: Assault, Robbery, and More

September 20

11:52 a.m. - A fight was reported on Luby Avenue. After multiple written statements were obtained, a 16-year-old juvenile received a summons for assault and battery; John Hays, 41, of Holliston, was charged with assault and battery, witness intimidation, and threatening to commit a crime; and a 24-year-old male from Whitinsville received a summons for assault and battery.

5:35 p.m - A caller reported a hit and run on Prospect Street. After the vehicle was located, Raymond Morin, 26, of Milford, was arrested on three warrants and charged with leaving the scene of property damage.

7:55 p.m. - Jorge Calle-Cela, 28, of Framingham, was arrested at the Milford Police Station on a warrant.

September 21

1:48 a.m. - A caller on Kellett Drive near Walker Avenue told police that he was assaulted and robbed by a male. After police located the suspect, Bryan O’Sullivan, 28, of Milford, was arrested on a warrant and charged with assault and battery and unarmed robbery.
