Police Log: Break-ins, Vandalism, and More

August 5

12:21 a.m. - A motorist reported a Ford Windstar all over the roadway that drove off the road at one point. The vehicle matching the description was stopped by police in Hopkinton.

1:10 a.m. - A caller issued a noise complaint about the basketball courts at the Brookside School. A group of youths was there for over a half an hour. The caller states it’s an ongoing problem.

8:15 a.m. - Two vehicle break-ins on Divittorio Dive were reported.

11:58 a.m. - A stolen bike was reported on South Main Street.

12:36 p.m. - A tractor trailer that struck a small car and was stuck in the middle of South Main Street was reported.

1:34 p.m. - Vandalism was reported on Grove Street.

10:06 p.m. - Vandalism was reported on Jefferson Street.

10:39 p.m. - A vehicle that hit a pole to avoid a deer near the Milford/Hopedale town line was reported.
