Police Log: Breaking and Entering, Shoplifting, and More

12:14 a.m. - A male that seemed to be lost and harassing people was reported on Jefferson Street. He was transported to his home.

1:04 p.m. - A breaking and entering was reported on Congress Street. Police were able to arrested the suspect, Kevin Ireland, 22, of Milford, and charge him with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony and person in fear.

3:25 p.m. - A two-car accident was reported on Depot Street.

3:38 p.m. - A two-car accident was reported on Cedar Street.

6:09 p.m. - A summons was issued to a 23-year-old female from Milford at Kohl’s for larceny over $250 and shoplifting over $100 by price tag tampering.

8:00 p.m. - Responding to a commercial alarm at Fabric Cleaners on Prospect Street, Matthew Ortiz, 28, of Lowell, was arrested with a warrant.
