Police Log: Crews Respond to Head-On Collision on Cedar Street

At 10:36 a.m., a female told Milford Police that her elderly mother was involved in a mail scam.

At 2:17 p.m., police responded to the area of Mendes Antiques on East Main street on a report of a minor motor vehicle accident.

At 3:29 p.m., a caller reported that two phone chargers and a GPS holder unit were taken from a vehicle overnight on Tuesday in the Silver Hill Road area.

At 3:33 p.m., a caller reported his bicycle had been stolen from Wendy's on Cedar Street. The bike was described as black and grey, but did not have a serial number.

At 5 p.m., police received a report of larceny from a motor vehicle from the area of Brook Hollow Road.

At 7:54 p.m., police received a report of a loud banging noise coming from an apartment on Maher Court.

At 9:19 p.m., police received a report that a 13-year-old male had run away from home on West Street. Officers were able to locate the teen and reunited him with his family.

At 10:20 p.m., a caller told police she believed a man walking a dog in the area of Emmons Street had been peaking through windows in the neighborhood.

At 11:17 p.m., police responded to the area of Cedar and East Main streets on a report of a head-on collission involving two vehicles that were off to the side of the road. One driver was transported to the hospital.

At 11:20 p.m., police and EMS responded to Cedar Street near East Main Street for a motor vehicle accident.

At 11:43 p.m., a caller reported that a man in a black two-door Honda Accord was parked outside of an apartment building on Colonial Drive for about an hour with no movement seen inside the vehicle.
