Police Log: Drunken Driving, Assault, and More

3:12 p.m. - A caller reported a car that hit a tree on Cedar Street.

6:31 p.m. - A 30-year-old female from Enfield, Conn. on Cedar Street received a summons for assaulting battery and threatening to commit a crime.
7:35 p.m. - A caller on Dilla Steet reported a car crossing marked lanes. An officer reproted that the vehicle failed to stop at the end of Rosenfield. After the vehicle stop at the owner’s home, Chauncey Cann, 66, of Milford, was arrested and charged with failure to stop for police, drunken driving, and possession of a class B drug.
