June 17
9:53 a.m. - An officer stated that he saw an accident at Sacred Heart Church on East Main Street and stopped a vehicle that attempted to leave the parking lot.
12:38 p.m. - A phone was stolen from the hood of a vehicle on Water Street. The owner of the phone told police that when he called the phone, the person who answered demanded $200.

12:49 p.m. - A caller reported a female at CVS on South Main Street that was unable to start her truck. The caller said the female was screaming and causing a scene. When police responded, the female, Marylou Vecchione, 54, of Milford, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense).
1:55 p.m. - A security manager at Milford National Bank and Trust on Main Street told police that someone emptied a deceased customer’s bank account.

2:42 p.m. - A two-car accent was reported on Green Street by Main Street.
