12:51 a.m. - A vehicle in a snowbank at the intersection of Silver Hill Road and Congress Street was reported.

7:33 a.m. - A caller on East Main Street reported that the bumper of a vehicle was dumped in their locked dumpster.

1:27 p.m. - A caller on Blanchard Road reported a male party wearing a cowboy hat going door to door.

6:17 p.m. - A woman told police that her purse was stolen from her car on Prospect Street.

9:57 p.m. - A caller at the Double Tree believed that her vehicle was stolen from the above parking lot. It was last seen parked near the Legends side of the hotel. During pre-arrival questions, the caller realized that they took her wife’s car.
