Property Values in Milford See Increase

The latest evaluation of property values in town shows an increase across the board.

Conducted by the board of accessors, commercial and industrial classes have increased by an average of 4 percent while personal property is up an average of 5 percent according to the Milford Daily News.

This year, the average residential property value is $275,771, compared to last year’s value of $265,062.
