1:15 p.m.: Male in the lobby to speak with an officer reference a landlord tenant issue, 3A Oak Tree Drive

2:27 p.m.: Caller states that a male is starting a disturbance at her home, 12 East Walnut St. The male party also has three warrants. Miguel Medina, 21, East Walnut Street, Milford, was arrested and charged on three warrants.

2:45 p.m.: Caller reporting an erratic operator crossing marked lanes, approximately 6 occupants. Vehicle is a blue explorer traveling toward Main on Water. Luis Loja, 22, Mechanic Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle

6:26 p.m.: Caller states his female friend is overdosing. Attempted to administer Narcan via EMD with negative result, 36 Water St.

9:03 p.m.: Caller requesting an ambulance for toothache, 73 School St.

9:06 p.m.: Caller reports attempted break-in, 14 Colonial Road. Dressed in all black had a black plastic bag in his hand, laughed at the calling party when he saw her. When the female party went outside to confront the individual she could not find anyone.
