SANTA COMES TO TOWN

Milford's 27th. Annual Santa parade passed through town Sunday afternoon with more than 90 decorated floats and Santa himself

Fire trucks, local police and fire color guards, marching bands and colorful floats proceeded up Main Street Sunday afternoon from their starting point on Medway Road. The weather was cool but clear and the temperature dropped to 29 degrees by the end of the parade.

Appearing for the first time was Smokey the Bear, who marched up Main Street with Sparky the Fire Dog, an annual favorite.

Shown in the photos are Kevin Michael Barbosa, Julliana Barbosa and Jaedyn Cote bundled up waiting for Santa to pass by.
