SEX OFFENDER MAP 2015: Where Do Milford's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Milford has 12 Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

Michael Campbell, 61, lives at 72 Main St. in Milford. Convicted of two separate counts of aggravated rape and two counts of rape, all in 1998.

James Flynn, 28, lives and works at 2 Altieri Ct. in Milford. Convicted on three counts of unnatural and lascivious acts with a child under 16 years of age in 2005.

Nehemiah Gonzalez, 23, lives at 109 East Main St. in Milford and works at 1 Fortune Blvd. in Milford. Convicted on two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age in 2010.

Raymond Guimond, 67, lives at 2 Alteri Ct. in Milford. Convicted on one count of attempted indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older, two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age and two counts of unnatural and lascivious acts with a child under 16 years of age, all taking place in 2003.

James Hudson, 41, lives at 2 Altieri Ct. in Milford. Convicted on one count of assault with intent to commit rape and one count of rape, both in 1996.

Robert LeBlanc, 46, works at an undisclosed address in Milford. Convicted on two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in 2011.

Scott Thomas, 24, works at 4 Industrial Rd. in Milford. Convicted on one count of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in 2011.

Stephen Zona, 47, works at 258 Main Street in Milford. Convicted on one count of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in 2011.
