State and Milford PD, FBI, Arrest 6 for Drugs: One Is Still Wanted

MILFORD, MA—Six are facing charges, and one is wanted, after a narcotics bust conducted by Milford police detectives, state police, the FBI and the DEA.

After an extensive investigation, the Milford Police Department Detective Division, DEA Worcester HIDTA Task Force, and the Blackstone Valley Drug Task Force arrest six people this week. After indictment by the Worcester County Grand Jury, the Worcester Superior Court issued the warrants for distribution of narcotics offenses, and as a result, six of the seven were placed under arrest, and one remains at large with outstanding warrants.

Arrested:

• Tiffany Gately, Luby Ave.. Milford, MA: Distribution Class B
• Christopher Gatley, Luby Ave., Milford, MA: Distribution Class B
• Alexis Carmona, Luby Ave., Milford, MA: Distribution Class B
• Justin Fontaine, Birmingham Court, Milford, MA: Distribution Class A
• William Ballou, Conservation Drive, Whitinsville, MA: Distribution Class A
• Dedryk Lugo, Water Street, Milford, MA: Distribution Class A

Class A is heroin or opioids, while Class B is generally cocaine.

Investigators are currently attempting to locate a female identified as Caroline Forest, and currently there is an active warrant for her arrest for distribution of a class A substance.
