Stolen Formula from Hannaford Leads to 2 Shoplifting, Drug Arrests; Teen Charged After Driving Into House: Milford Police

MILFORD, MA — The following are excerpts from the Milford police log.
Thursday, April 14
1:18 a.m.: Female called Braintree PD from La Quinta Inn in Milford and was advising concerns of her friend being drugged in their town. They advised no one is home and they are speaking to person on phone. Braintree advises female sounded disoriented when reporting this so is requesting well being check.
9:37 a.m.: Caller reporting 4 teenage males speeding up and down the road hanging out of the car. Last seen turning onto Huff Road.
1:08 p.m.: Party in the lobby to file a fraud.
1:42 p.m.: Man enters lobby to turn himself in. Brian J. Lane, 31, 69 Howe St., Marlborough, was arrested and charged on a warrant
2:55 p.m.: Police responded to a report of shoplifting at Hannaford Market, where a "white male with a white cap" was attempting to steal formula. Police stopped the vehicle on Medway Road. Matthew Neves, 26, 55 Wannasett Ave., Riverside, RI, was arrested and charged with larceny from a building, shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise, possession of Class A drug, possession of Class B drug, driving with a suspended license. Edward O'Sullivan, 27, 1105 Ironmine Hill Road, Smithfield, RI, was arrested and charged with possession of Class A drug, possession of Class B drugs
4:19 p.m.: Vehicle into the home, no injuries found, 32 Depot St. Maria Castro-Tacuri, 41, 36 Depot St., Apt. 2, Milford, was arrested and charged with allowing improper use of the operation of a vehicle. A 16-year-old was arrested and charged with driving without a license, operating vehicle negligently so as to endanger.
8:52 p.m.: Attempting to serve harassment order, 10 Woodridge Road
