Thanks To Yanks to Host Annual 9/11 Dinner in Milford

The Milford-based Thanks To Yanks group announced Monday that its annual anniversary 9/11 dinner will return to the area this year.

Past and present service members are invited to the special tribute event to honor and recognize sacrifices made by the heroes and victims of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

The non-political event is meant to thank service members and is free of charge. The event will be held Thursday, Sept. 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Double Tree Hotel, 11 Beaver St. in Milford.
