Tuesday, June 21
7:08 a.m.: Harassment order served, 117 Prospect Heights

9:58 a.m.: Caller request an Officer to take a report of an accident that took place on Friday night, 38 Mill Pond Circle.
2:27 p.m.: Caller reports that there is a small dog running around the above area, in and out of traffic, Exchange Street

3:57 p.m.: Female party in the lobby to report threats made, Luby Ave.
7:10 p.m.: Caller reporting her neighbor is highly intoxicated, when she spoke with him he asked for help getting to the hospital. Unsure where the male is at this time. Sample Road.
7:24 p.m.: Caller reporting his car was vandalized. Toyota corolla red, Burger King
8:52 p.m.: Caller from shadowbrook lane reporting the above motorcycle has been driving in and out of the parking lot at a high rate of speed, he followed him until he turned onto central street and then lost sight of him. Caller did not want to leave his information, Central Street
