11:54 a.m.: Employee requesting assistance with a combative patient, Genesis Healthcare

4:12 p.m.: Police make a traffic stop at Commerce Bank and Trust. Mariarosa G. Quizhpi, 34, East Main Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
4:59 p.m.: Caller stating there is female stumbling down the street,currently sitting in front of Jiffy Lube. Possible overdose.

5:27 p.m.: Caller states two dark skinned females in the above vehicle threatened herself and the store owner, Sam Energy
6:16 p.m.: Walk in party states her vehicle has been vandalized for the second time. This morning her gas tank was filled with water, 58 School St.
Thursday, Oct. 13
12:38 a.m.: Caller reporting her son has taken multiple doses of her Klonopin and is acting erratically and breaking things.
