A Massachusetts police department produced a detailed video explaining what to do, and not to do, if you are stopped by police.

MILFORD, MA—With tensions between civilians and police officers escalating, the issue of communication between the two is a centerpiece of public attention and concern.
Many police departments across the country are addressing this volatile issue proactively, bridging the gap between the stopper with the badge and the stoppee without one.
The Milford Police Department along with Milford TV produced an information video called "What To Do If You Are Stopped By Police."

"We recognoize that there is a very real potential for miscommunication or misunderstanding or people's intentions during these types of encounters," said Chief Tom O'Loughlin, so we offer these suggestions with hope that clear and mutual communication will result in mutual respect and understanding and a safe interaction with everyone involved."
The video explains reasons why an officer might stop you, how interactions can vary, and most importantly, what to do and say should you be stopped.
