In this interactive workshop, participants will learn tools to tap into their confidence to empower them in different professional and personal situations. Not only will they get clearer about their value, strengths, and purpose, but they will also learn how to use their body to be their most confident self.

Deb Elbaum, MD, CPCC, ACC, is a certified professional career and life coach, author, and speaker. She works with individuals who are navigating transition to help them build their confidence, solidify their strengths and purpose, get clear about their choices, and create intentional change. Before becoming a coach, Deb trained as a physician and built a career as a medical writer. Currently, in addition to her coaching practice, Deb is a research writer for the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital and a coach and workshop presenter for the Institute for Career Transitions at MIT.
