DCR Ranger Charged with Secretly Filming Women Inside Bathroom at Houghton’s Pond Bathhouse
Police say Raymond McKinnon of Hyde Park used a camera pen to film women changing inside an employee bathroom.

MILTON, MA — A Department of Conservation and Recreation park ranger was arrested Saturday after allegedly using a pen camera to videotape women in an employee bathroom at the Houghton’s Pond Bathhouse in Milton, state police said.
Raymond McKinnon, 30, of Hyde Park, faces multiple charges including secretly electronically videotaping, photographing, or surveilling a person in a state of partial nudity, and possession of and placing a device to violate wiretap laws.
On July 30, state police troopers began investigating the possibility of illegal videotaping after another employee noticed a pen with a flashing green light. Police say the pen was in the bathroom, positioned in the area of stacked milk crates containing supplies.
