Our Boot Camp will begin at Kelly Field in Milton on August 22nd. This is a five week program that is run Monday-Thursday of each week. There are two classes per day and they are 5:45am-6:45am and 6:00pm-7:00pm. The Boot Camp is $99, and this allows you to attend twice per week. For an additional $25 you can go as often as you would like. Our Boot Camp also includes a diet plan that is designed by a registered dietitian and allows customization through our log in portal.
