
An introduction for absolute beginners to the form and function of the art of the belly dance. This workshop will introduce the absolute beginner
to belly dance movements, combinations, and dancing. This workshop is appropriate for women of any age and in any type of body. If you can walk, you can dance! Please come prepared to dance by wearing form fitting and comfortable dance, yoga or exercise attire. Plan to dance in bare feet, or soft dance shoes. A hip belt or scarf is helpful but not required.
Belly Dancer Sabrina
A career professional dancer since 1998, Sabrina has been directing,
performing, producing shows and providing instruction for
beginners and professional dancers throughout the New England area.
Sabrina crafts a noncompetitive safe and nurturing experience where women can
feel beautiful and find joy using the ancient structures of the belly dance.
