Butt, Gut and Burn

This 90-minute, cardio-intensive workout consists of jump rope, cardio drills and a 30+ minute ankle band run through the hilly streets of Milton.  We finish up with a lengthy gut and butt workout and final 5-7 minute jump rope drill.  Bring water, a jump rope and (2) 5 lb. weights.  This class is not for the faint of heart!
