Butt, Gut and Burn (Milton Boot Camp)

Looking for an intense cardio session before the crack of dawn? Bring a jump rope, (2) 5 lb. weights, a towel, water and all the energy you can muster up! This class consists of 20-25 minutes of jump rope, a hilly ankle band run and LOTS of abs and glutes!  You won't be sorry when the alarm clock goes off!
